Lead generation

What is crm (customer relationship management)?

A real estate CRM is the system where an agent stores contacts, tracks each relationship through pipeline stages, records interactions, and schedules the follow-up that turns enquiries into transactions.

The defining feature is not storage but state: a CRM tracks where each relationship has reached and what should happen next. A contact list records who exists; a CRM records what you owe them.

Real-estate-specific CRMs add property records alongside contacts, so a lead can be associated with the listings that match their requirements — a relationship general-purpose CRMs must be customised to represent.

The universal failure mode is abandonment. A CRM only helps if it is updated, and one that requires meaningful manual entry after every interaction reliably falls out of use within months.

Listlio automates parts of this for real estate agents.
