About Listlio

Listlio is an AI assistant and CRM built for real estate agents and agencies. It keeps your portfolio and lead pipeline in one place, scores and matches every lead against every listing, generates marketing copy for a dozen channels, and turns all of that into a short list of things worth doing today.

What we build

Most of an agent’s day is not selling. It is re-typing property details, writing the same listing description five ways for five channels, remembering who to call back, and reconstructing which buyer wanted which kind of place. Those tasks are individually small, collectively enormous, and almost entirely mechanical. That is the work Listlio takes.

Vertical, not general

Listlio is not a general AI assistant with a real estate prompt bolted on. The lead scoring, the property matching, the channel-specific copy formats and the market-context memory are all built around how agents actually work, and they would not transfer to another industry.

Action, not dashboards

A dashboard tells you something is wrong and leaves the work to you. Listlio generates the follow-up task, drafts the message, and updates the record. The measure we care about is how much of the admin day disappears, not how much data we can display.

Your data stays yours

Every workspace is isolated by row-level security in the database, not by application-layer filtering. We do not sell customer data and we do not train shared models on it. You can export your leads, listings and generated content at any time, including after cancelling.

AI drafts, humans decide

Generated copy lands as a draft you edit and approve, never as something published on your behalf without review. The same rule applies to our own writing: posts drafted with AI assistance are labelled as such, and only carry a person's byline once a real person has reviewed them.

Who it is for — and who it isn’t

Listlio fits solo agents, brokerage teams, developer sales desks and property marketing teams — anyone whose business runs on a pipeline of leads matched against a portfolio of listings. It is most useful when you have more listings and leads than you can hold in your head, and when marketing output is a bottleneck.

It is a poor fit for:

We would rather say that plainly than have you spend a trial finding out.
