Listlio + MLS feed
Not available yetListlio does not currently connect directly to any MLS. Listings are added manually or imported by CSV, and the AI extracts features from photos and descriptions rather than from a feed. If live MLS sync is a hard requirement for you, this is a genuine gap and worth knowing before you trial.
This integration is not available yet. Everything described below is what works today instead — we would rather tell you now than have you find out during a trial.
What people use it for
- Today: import listings by CSV export from your MLS, where your MLS permits it.
- Today: add listings manually — AI extracts features and specs from the photos.
- Today: keep pricing and status current in Listlio as your source for marketing output.
How to set it up

Export your active listings from your MLS if your membership allows CSV export.

Import the file into your Listlio portfolio and map the columns.

Re-import when your inventory changes materially, or maintain records directly in Listlio.

If direct MLS sync would decide your purchase, contact us — knowing which MLS you are on is what determines whether it is feasible.
